workshops

Group workshops are daily over 3 days, based around a specific topic that meets the needs of your team and organisation.

Each workshop lasts 2 - 2 ½ hrs and is held each morning

Examples of topics could include:-

  • empower, inspire and celebrate

  • working practises and delivering results

  • relationships and communications

  • Creating and implementing

ACTIVITIES

We have a variety of external activities that we can choose from to make each retreat unique, some examples include

  • visit to a mud spa

  • dolphin watching /boat trip

  • mindful wellness session / yoga

  • horse riding

  • zip wire across 2 countries

  • visit to an olive factory

  • wine tasting

  • early morning walk with breakfast overlooking the Ria Formosa

ACCOMODATION

3 double / twin bedrooms the villa can accomodate up to 6 people sharing. Two rooms share a family bathroom and one is ensuite.

Relaxing lounge area overlooking the 8m x 4m pool and south facing pool patio, with pergola and a choice of shaded seating areas.

Buffet breakfast and sharing tapas lunch is included each day

Dinner reservations can be arranged but are not included as standard, to give delegates the opportunity to explore and have more choice. Arrangements can be made to eat dinner at the villa, on a self catering option, or to include dinner at local restaurants within the package.
