I offer you a safe space to deal with any vulnerabilities and uncertainty that a new role inevitably brings.  This helps prevent you from feeling exposed and at risk, enabling you to focus your energies on your job and required outcomes.

Change regardless of whether it’s positive or negative, can affect so many aspects of our lives, not just at work.  Stress levels increase, health can be affected and relationships can suffer .  121 Coaching can help you work through your thoughts and feelings surrounding the change, the impact it’s having and clarify how you can embrace and deal with it and get the best outcome for you.

I create a safe and secure environment, my coaching style is totally objective allowing space for you to come up with your own solutions, at your own pace and that are most suitable for you.  I can help you to identify the path that you want to take and how to take it, supporting you through your own thought processes whilst these changes are going on. I use a range of established Coaching models to suit you and inspire you to make the changes needed that will have a positive impact on your career and life.


Personal Development Coaching

Giving yourself some time-out for for your own personal development is a way of looking after your own mental health and well-being.  Day-to-day life is continually stressful with work, family, friends, relationships, home-life, money, etc, etc and all this impacts on our ability to function effectively at work.

121 Coaching gives you time - head space time just for you!  This is your opportunity to reflect, how things are going, how you’re coping and how this impacts on work and your life.  I will facilitate you through a coaching journey that will have positive and often life-changing outcomes for you in the way you see things and respond to things.  Using a variety of Coaching tools I can help you work though self-confidence and self-esteem barriers as well as helping you to identify the choices you have and how to overcome fears that are stopping you from achieving what you really want.  You will leave our sessions with a positive mental attitude and action points that you have decided on and want to do to live the life you choose.


Career Coaching

Knowing where to go next with your career is a common worry for most successful people.  We all worry about whether we are making the right choices and fear things going wrong if we move on to another role or another job.  Often people become disillusioned with their job and their employer and think leaving is the only option.

Having 121 coaching sessions gives you the opportunity to get some clarity of thought, reflect on your current situation, assess where you are now and what’s important for you moving forward.  During the coaching sessions I will guide you through your thought processes and hep you to identify what it is you really want to do next and why; what your current company might be able to offer you and what your other options might be.  Together we will identify your  learning and working styles and what impact they have now on the way you work and how you might use them to have a more positive outcome. You will leave our sessions with your own action plan and a new found skill in self-coaching and the confidence to continue your career journey.
